Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within established timelines
- Calculate and verify payroll data including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases
- Prepare and process payroll-related reports and documentation
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for employee onboarding and separation processes
- Assist in year-end payroll closing and tax compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or related financial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software applications
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
