Tanggung Jawab

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
  • Maintain employee records andUpdate payroll systems with changes in employment status, benefits, and deductions
  • Calculate and process statutory contributions including SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG contributions
  • Generate payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies with finance department
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Assist in the preparation of annual tax reports and government filings
  • Support audit processes by maintaining accurate documentation and records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in payroll processing or related administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software applications
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
