Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and information in the HRIS system
- Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, BIR regulations, and company policies
- Generate payroll reports and assist with audit preparations
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments for seamless payroll operations
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or similar accounting roles
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and BIR payroll tax requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Can work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
