Tanggung Jawab

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and attendance data
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll regulations, including BIR tax requirements
  • Process government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF
  • Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review
  • Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, resignations, and status changes
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or general accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software systems
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll tax regulations is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines
