Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation
- Verify employee data, including hours worked, deductions, and bonuses
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end payroll closing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and tax regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
