Tanggung Jawab

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain and update confidential employee payroll records
  • Calculate deductions, bonuses, overtime, and statutory contributions
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and BIR regulations
  • Assist in payroll audits and documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and tax regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
