Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? Terranova Clothing Brand is seeking a dedicated Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic team in the vibrant business district of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll, including handling timesheets, calculating wages, managing deductions, and processing tax withholdings. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify employee timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Calculate net wages, mandatory deductions, and tax withholdings in strict accordance with Philippine labor laws and BIR regulations.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date payroll records and filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll registers, and monthly summary reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) tax filings and compliance requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and compensation packages professionally.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure the strict confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll and employee data.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a similar finance role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and social security contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience using payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and management.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
