We are seeking a meticulous Payroll & Billing Account Manager to join our team in Quezon City. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations
- Handle billing cycles, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and accounts receivable management
- Coordinate with clients to resolve payroll discrepancies and billing inquiries promptly
- Maintain detailed financial records and prepare monthly payroll/billing reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and billing accuracy
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and billing management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll standards
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
