Join The Hiro Group as a Payroll, Compensation & Benefit Specialist and become an integral part of our HR operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements while managing comprehensive employee benefits programs. You'll handle end-to-end payroll processing including attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and service charge distributions. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to Indonesian labor regulations to maintain compliance and employee trust.

As a key contributor to our compensation strategy, you'll assist in designing competitive benefit packages that attract and retain top talent. You'll collaborate closely with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll systems, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process monthly payroll for employees including salary, allowances, and deductions
  • Manage attendance records, overtime calculations, and service charge distributions
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs including insurance claims and leave management
  • Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR departments
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR on compensation analysis and benchmarking

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with multi-currency transactions (advantageous)
