Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll for 100+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Manage employee data in HRIS systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare payroll reports and financial statements for management review
- Collaborate with Finance department for budget planning and cost analysis
- Support annual compensation reviews and salary adjustment processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan), BPJS, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll software)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in payroll data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with proven track record in error-free processing
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification in HR or Payroll (e.g., PHR, CPM) is preferred
