Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll calculations including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax regulations
- Prepare and submit statutory reports to government bodies (LHDN, SOCSO, EPF)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through systematic reconciliation processes
- Develop and maintain internal payroll controls and documentation systems
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to align payroll with organizational policies
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in payroll processing and compliance
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor legislation and tax regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous
