Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector? Cyan Renewables is seeking a Payroll Compliance Manager to join our growing team in Raffles Place. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex multi-jurisdictional payroll operations, ensuring absolute accuracy, and maintaining stringent governance standards.
As we scale our operations, we need a subject matter expert who can drive process excellence and champion regulatory compliance across various regions. You will lead the payroll lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external tax authorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives on process improvement and leverages technology to optimize payroll efficiency while mitigating risk.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end regional payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory reporting requirements in all operating countries.
- Develop and implement robust payroll internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit protocols.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal departments to streamline data integration and payroll workflows.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll queries and resolve discrepancies with external vendors or government agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll systems, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports, analytics, and insights for management decision-making and budgeting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in payroll management with a focus on cross-border or regional payroll compliance.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws, CPF, tax regulations, and statutory payroll filings in Singapore and the APAC region.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party payroll service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in payroll software/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Payroll Professional qualification) is highly preferred.
