Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for regional/local entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (Income Tax).
- Handle complex payroll queries and provide professional support to employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and generate monthly reports.
- Assist in the implementation or transition of payroll system upgrades/enhancements.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies.
- Participate in year-end processing and statutory reporting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory payroll contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Proven proficiency in payroll software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or local systems).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically for data reconciliation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month contract and adapt to changing project timelines.
