Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for your next challenge? RGP Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Consultant to join a high-performing team within a prestigious Multinational Corporation (MNC) in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exceptional 12-month contract opportunity with the strong potential for extension, offering you the chance to gain high-level exposure in a global business environment.

As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of payroll for a diverse workforce. You will bridge the gap between compliance, system optimization, and employee satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for regional/local entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
  • Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (Income Tax).
  • Handle complex payroll queries and provide professional support to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and generate monthly reports.
  • Assist in the implementation or transition of payroll system upgrades/enhancements.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies.
  • Participate in year-end processing and statutory reporting activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, preferably within an MNC environment.
  • Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory payroll contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
  • Proven proficiency in payroll software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or local systems).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically for data reconciliation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to commit to a 12-month contract and adapt to changing project timelines.
