Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll transformation projects and system implementations
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
