Join Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group as a Payroll Coordinator and become an integral part of our dynamic HR team. This critical role requires you to manage the entire payroll lifecycle with precision and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements for our healthcare professionals. You'll collaborate closely with HR and finance departments to process payroll, maintain employee records, and resolve payroll discrepancies while adhering to Indonesian labor regulations and tax requirements. As a key support function, you'll contribute to seamless HR operations through data management, reporting, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment where attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ hospital staff including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003), BPJS, and tax regulations (PPh 21)
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Generate monthly payroll reports for management, finance, and external auditors
- Process employee on/offboarding paperwork related to payroll documentation
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll budgeting and forecasting
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide detailed explanations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in Indonesian healthcare sector
- Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, tax codes, and social security systems
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data
