Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, calculations, and disbursement
- Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and BIR regulations
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and tax filings
- Manage employee payroll inquiries with clear, timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement payroll system enhancements
- Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and tax regulations
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving skills in payroll-related matters
