Key responsibilities include processing complex payroll data, reconciling payroll reports, ensuring compliance with tax laws and labor regulations, maintaining employee records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Respond to and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees and management.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and timekeeping data.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy prior to finalization.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
- Stay abreast of changes in payroll legislation and recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
