In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for our diverse workforce.
As a Payroll Executive, you will verify employee data, maintain precise payroll records, and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. You will ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN tax guidelines. Additionally, you will generate payslips, manage payroll inquiries, and assist in year-end statutory reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and update employee personal data, including leaves, loans, and tax status.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Generate and distribute payslips via email or payroll systems.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized payroll records and filing systems for audit purposes.
- Assist in year-end tax calculations and statutory reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
