You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end payroll cycle, including data entry, statutory contributions, and reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and compute monthly salary payouts, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM regulations).
- Maintain and update employee database records, including new hires, resignations, and transfers.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly payroll reports and reconciliation statements for management review.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave management systems.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees with professionalism and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated payroll or HR admin role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submission procedures.
- Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting payroll discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
