As a Payroll Executive, you will be the backbone of our compensation operations, ensuring that every employee is paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict adherence to cross-border statutory regulations. We are looking for someone who doesn't just process numbers but understands the nuances of labor laws, work pass requirements, and tax compliance in the SEA region. You will collaborate closely with the HR and Finance departments to streamline reporting processes and enhance the employee experience through responsive support. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees based in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (Malaysia) and CPF, SDL, and SHG (Singapore).
- Manage Singapore Work Pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S-Pass, WP).
- Prepare and submit annual tax filings, including Form E/EA for Malaysia and IR8A/IR21 for Singapore.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reconciliation reports and variance analyses for management review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and tax deductions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Payroll system to ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on changes to labor laws and statutory regulations in both SG and MY markets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing for both SG and MY regions.
- Solid understanding of Malaysia Employment Act and Singapore Employment Act.
- Proven experience in managing Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portals and work pass procedures.
- Proficiency in regional payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset for troubleshooting payroll discrepancies.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to handle regional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
