Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the full payroll cycle for Singaporean employees, including salary calculations, tax deductions (IRAS), and CPF contributions.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities adhere to local labor laws, CPF Board regulations, and tax guidelines.
- Month-End Reconciliation: Perform monthly payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate payroll reports for management.
- Employee Support: Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax matters, and benefits efficiently and professionally.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of leave management, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
- System Management: Maintain and update payroll records in the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Singapore payroll processing.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore payroll laws, CPF regulations, and tax filing requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to perform complex calculations with high accuracy.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain payroll concepts to non-finance staff.
