Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll systems
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial calculations
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
