In this position, you will work with the latest HRIS software to manage employee data, calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and regulations. - Oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursements
- Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems for efficient payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments for seamless integration of payroll processes
- Continuously improve payroll processes and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
