Join our dynamic construction team as a Payroll HR Executive and become the backbone of our workforce management. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee comprehensive payroll operations for both local and international employees, ensuring seamless processing of salaries, statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO), and tax compliance. Leverage your expertise in Malaysian labor regulations to maintain accurate employee records while supporting critical HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and workforce documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end payroll for local and foreign workers in the construction industry
- Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and income tax regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation
- Handle statutory submissions and government compliance reporting
- Support HR administration including leave management and employee onboarding
- Collaborate with finance team on payroll budgeting and reconciliation
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems
- Experience with multi-currency and international payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Construction industry experience preferred
