- Lead end-to-end implementation of multi-country payroll systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation or project management
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
