As Payroll Manager, you will oversee the entire payroll lifecycle, from data collection and verification to final disbursement, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing guidance and support
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including timekeeping, benefits calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Ensure compliance with all Philippine labor laws, BIR regulations, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
- Implement, maintain, and optimize payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Manage payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and address employee concerns in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit mandatory payroll reports, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and mandatory government contributions
- Proven experience with payroll systems and software implementation, preferably in a shared services environment
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of team development and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure during peak payroll cycles
