Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing guidance and support
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including timekeeping, benefits calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings
  • Ensure compliance with all Philippine labor laws, BIR regulations, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and address employee concerns in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit mandatory payroll reports, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and mandatory government contributions
  • Proven experience with payroll systems and software implementation, preferably in a shared services environment
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of team development and performance management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure during peak payroll cycles
