Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support on payroll matters
- Oversee payroll system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management review and decision-making
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure payroll accuracy and security
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and implement necessary adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications in payroll management are advantageous
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in Mandarin language (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax regulations
- Experience with payroll systems and software, preferably SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
