What You'll Do
As a primary point of contact for client migrations, you will build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive training sessions for client teams, coordinating detailed rollout schedules, and meticulously tracking project milestones and progress against defined KPIs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end migration of corporate clients to the new digital payroll platform.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure smooth adoption.
- Coordinate detailed rollout schedules, project timelines, and milestones.
- Track, monitor, and report migration progress to stakeholders and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns during the transition phase efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to ensure seamless integration.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the migration process and client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, administration, or implementation/migration.
- Strong understanding of Philippine payroll regulations, tax laws, and BIR compliance.
- Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client-facing abilities.
- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
