Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Monitor and manage all employee cash advances, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Calculate and deduct mandatory contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and income tax, in accordance with Philippine regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee master files to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports and reconciliation statements for management review.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code, BIR regulations, and social security contributions.
- Proficient in using payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
