Cybalink Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer for a 6-month project-based opportunity in Pasig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Australian payroll processing for employees in construction/industrial sectors
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, tax regulations, and superannuation requirements
- Process payroll transactions including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and leave entitlements
- Prepare and analyze job costing reports for project-based workforce management
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Australian payroll processing experience
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and tax compliance
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Experience with job costing in construction or industrial environments
- Excellent attention to detail with high numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
