Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees
- Maintain and update HRIS database with employee compensation and benefits data
- Verify timesheets, deductions, and bonuses for compliance with company policies
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Prepare payroll reports for management review and auditing purposes
- Collaborate with HR to implement new payroll systems or process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration
- Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll management systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and tax requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
