Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end PPh21 tax calculations, reporting, and payments using CoreTax
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and tax documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly tax reports to Indonesian authorities
- Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and deductions with precision
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless payroll processing
- Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Stay updated on tax law changes and implement necessary adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience with PPh21 expertise
- Proficiency in CoreTax software and payroll management systems
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH21, PPN, etc.)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare industry payroll processing preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
