As our Payroll Officer, you will be the backbone of our payroll operations, ensuring every employee is compensated accurately and on time. You will handle the entire payroll cycle, from data collection and validation to processing and distribution of paychecks, strictly adhering to Philippine labor laws and Company policies.
Your expertise in handling government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax compliance (BIR) will be crucial. You will work closely with the Human Resources and Accounting departments to reconcile data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of payroll with financial records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process accurate and timely weekly/monthly payrolls for all employees.
- Calculate wages, overtime, holiday pay, bonuses, and deductions.
- Manage government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax filings (BIR 1601C, 2316).
- Maintain and update payroll databases and employee master records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits promptly.
- Support the Finance team during internal and external audits.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll tools and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end Philippine payroll processing, preferably in a BPO or mid to large-scale company.
- Proven knowledge of Philippine statutory benefits, labor laws, and BIR tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions) and experience with payroll/HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
