In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our payroll operations, ensuring that our valued Philippine employees are compensated accurately and on time.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Payroll, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, managing payroll cycles, and optimizing our internal processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for all Philippine-based employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain and update employee records, including salary adjustments, benefits, and deductions.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, summaries, and audit documentation for management review.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax calculations, and benefits with high standards of customer service.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of payroll systems and internal controls to drive operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing in the Philippines.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor standards, tax laws, and government-mandated contributions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Experience with payroll software and ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data integrity.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professional discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
