MR.DIY is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Payroll Senior Officer to join our dynamic Finance and HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our end-to-end payroll processes for a large-scale workforce.
As our Payroll Senior Officer, you will manage complex payroll cycles, ensure statutory compliance, and provide high-level support to our employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for a large volume of employees ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD).
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly payroll reports for management review.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain and update employee master data in the HRIS/Payroll system regularly.
- Prepare tax forms (EA Form, Form E) and manage annual income tax clearance procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to identify process improvements for payroll efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration or accounting, preferably in retail or high-volume industries.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, Employment Act, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
