We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Senior / Team Lead (HK Payroll) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll operations specifically for our Hong Kong entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict compliance with local regulations.
As a Team Lead, you will not only manage complex payroll processes but also mentor and develop a team of payroll professionals. You will act as the subject matter expert for Hong Kong payroll tax laws and statutory deductions, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the payroll processing for Hong Kong entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee and mentor a team of payroll specialists, providing training and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with Hong Kong payroll tax laws, statutory deductions, and employment regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports, general ledger entries, and tax filings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement system improvements.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to resolve complex payroll discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll processing, with specific experience in Hong Kong payroll tax and regulations.
- Proven track record of working in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within a payroll or finance department.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar HRIS platforms).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or HR qualifications) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
