Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN income tax, and HRDF contributions.
- Manage employee leave records, attendance data, and other payroll-related information, ensuring accuracy for payroll processing.
- Prepare and submit all statutory forms and payments to relevant government bodies by stipulated deadlines.
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll-related reports for management.
- Liaise with external auditors during payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably in Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN), and payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL Payroll) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
