Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes) in accordance with Philippine labor regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare and submit monthly government contributions and statutory reports accurately.
  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide clear, professional explanations.
  • Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll data aligns with employee status changes.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end tax reports and requirements (e.g., BIR Form 2316).
  • Continuously improve payroll workflows and suggest process optimizations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in the Philippines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and experience with payroll software systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
