Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes) in accordance with Philippine labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit monthly government contributions and statutory reports accurately.
- Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide clear, professional explanations.
- Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll data aligns with employee status changes.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax reports and requirements (e.g., BIR Form 2316).
- Continuously improve payroll workflows and suggest process optimizations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in the Philippines.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and experience with payroll software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly payroll deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
