Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Manage employee records and payroll documentation
- Handle payroll adjustments, bonuses, and deductions
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for data reconciliation
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Stay updated on payroll legislation changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
