Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records, including salary changes, tax status, and benefits deductions in the HRIS.
- Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, leaves, and other adjustments in compliance with local labor laws.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay or benefits with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports for management and accounting audits.
- Ensure full compliance with government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax withholdings.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate journal entries and fund allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or accounting.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic e-commerce environment.
