Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll for all employees with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Calculate and withhold statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, taxes)
- Maintain compliance with Philippine Labor Code and BIR regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for management and government submissions
- Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax and labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
