Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete payroll cycle including salary calculation, deductions, and disbursement
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
- Process statutory contributions (BPJS, PPH 21) and year-end tax statements
- Collaborate with HR on employee data updates and benefit enrollments
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve employee inquiries
- Stay current with tax regulation changes and implement updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in Indonesia
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax codes and labor regulations
- Certification in Payroll Administration (CPP or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with deadline-driven approach
