Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle payroll processing for all employees
- Collect, verify, and input employee payroll data accurately
- Process salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
