Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions (BPJS, PPH)
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and payroll documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with finance/HR teams
- Prepare and submit mandatory payroll tax reports (SPT) and annual statements
- Support payroll audits and provide necessary documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in Indonesia
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21) and labor laws
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
