Tanggung Jawab
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees
- Maintain and update employee payroll information in the HR system
- Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll adjustments
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government authorities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
