Tanggung Jawab
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll information
- Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other special payments
- Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding payroll taxes and reporting
- Prepare and submit payroll tax forms and reports to government agencies
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner
- Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and processes
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and tax regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with HR systems is a plus
