Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process monthly payroll for all employees ensuring timely payments
- Manage and administer employee compensation packages and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and other government regulations
- Maintain and update payroll records, deductions, and tax filings
- Assist in payroll system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategies and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits
- Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or similar HRIS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and mandatory benefits
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience in process improvement and system optimization
