Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee statutory submissions including CPF contributions, IR8A annual tax filings, and IR21 for foreign employees.
- Maintain and update employee master data in the HRIS (SAP/SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity for payroll runs.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and work closely with the Finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Administer government-paid leave claims (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare) and NS makeup pay claims.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and tax-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration within a large organization or MNC.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and prevailing tax and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, or Unit4) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
