The Table Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist for a fixed-term engagement to support our finance department in Quezon City. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and on time, maintaining the high standard of operational excellence that defines our company.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to streamline payroll processes and demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance and data management within a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, timekeeping validation, and final disbursement.
- Monitor and audit employee attendance records to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
- Calculate and process statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax withholdings.
- Coordinate with HR and Department Heads to verify payroll adjustments, including leaves, bonuses, and overtime.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports and analysis for management review.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters with professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and internal company compensation policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Philippine market.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefit requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity when handling confidential data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
