We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join Elite Virtual Employment Solutions in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for managing complex payroll tasks during the graveyard shift, ensuring our clients' financial operations run smoothly 24/7. You will serve as a key player in our team by processing payroll for various clients using industry-standard systems like ADP and Paychex, guaranteeing that every transaction is precise and compliant.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for multiple clients using ADP and Paychex systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry for hours worked, taxes, deductions, and bonuses.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute detailed payroll reports to clients and management.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws (BIR) and local payroll regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and deductions promptly.
- Maintain organized payroll files and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a BPO or virtual employment setting.
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll software.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax codes and BIR regulations.
- Ability to work effectively during graveyard shifts (night shift).
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
