Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for various client accounts using ADP and Paychex.
- Perform daily data entry and verification to ensure 100% payroll accuracy.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and present accurate payroll reports for management and client stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee tax filings, benefits deductions, and year-end adjustments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll and personnel data at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar accounting role.
- Hands-on proficiency with ADP and/or Paychex is strictly required.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with clients professionally.
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift on an onsite basis in Baguio City.
